Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products

Our quality control team works hard to ensure your products meet our high-quality standards. If you receive products that are damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible via email admin@tiofishing.com.

We will refund products that were damaged or faulty when they were supplied to you.

How to Return a Product

Please return the product(s) to the advised return address within 7 days of receipt in their original condition. When returning, please include:

  • Your reason for the return
  • Your preferred action (replacement or refund)
  • A copy of your receipt

We will assess your return request and, if appropriate, replace or refund your purchase using your original payment method.

Important Information for Returns

All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to the advised return address.

You can return or exchange online purchases by post. As Tio Fishing is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend using registered mail.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the exact card used for the original purchase.

Please note: Manufacturer's Warranty cards do not apply to outside Japan.
